湿法纺丝定型机输入辊盘根泄漏的改进措施

Improvement measures regarding input roller packing leakage of wet spinning setting machine

某腈纶厂纺丝定型机输入辊的盘根密封采用碳纤维替代石棉材质后,出现泄漏和过载引起生产波动的情况。文中针对使用的盘根进行了分析,提出了改进措施。采用穿心编织替代原夹心编织方式,采用预压环形替代手工切割填充的安装方式,有效解决了盘根泄漏问题,确保了装置的长周期运行。

After an acrylic fiber plant used the carbon fiber to replace asbestos material for packing seal of the spinning setting machine,production fluctuation caused by leakage and overload appeared.This paper made analysis to the used packing,proposed improvement measures.Interlayer weaving method was used instead of the original sandwich weaving method,the pre-compressed annulus was used to substitute for the installation method of manual cutting and filling,thus the packing leakage problem was effectively solved,and long-period plant operation was ensured.
