摘要
文中利用Aspen Hysys软件对该脱硫装置进行了全流程模拟,将实际运行参数与模拟数据进行比对,从中找出优化装置运行的方案。通过模拟发现调整贫液入塔层数及循环量、加强换热器清洗等操作对装置节能降耗、优化运行均产生一定的影响。
The Aspen Hysys software was used to make the whole process simulation to the desulfurization unit,the actual operating parameters were compared with simulated data to find out solutions to optimize the unit operation.Through this simulation,the tower layers of the poor liquid entering into the tower and the circulating fluid volume were found.Strengthening of heat exchanger cleaning operation has certain effect on energy-saving and consumption reducing as well as the operation optimization.
