摘要
目的比较电复律和胺碘酮复律治疗阵发性心房颤动(房颤)射频消融术后复发的效果。方法 42例阵发性房颤射频消融术后患者,术前常规停用抗心律失常药物,术中采用环肺静脉隔离方法,术后第一次复发时随机分为电复律组(行电复律治疗)和胺碘酮复律组(行胺碘酮复律治疗),各21例。比较两组患者成功率、转复时间、住院时间以及不良反应情况。结果两组成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。胺碘酮复律组转复时间为(4.09±0.23)h,住院时间为(4.65±0.85)d。电复律组转复时间为(3.02±0.16)h,住院时间(3.18±0.57)d。电复律组转复时间、住院时间均短于胺碘酮复律组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电复律成功率与胺碘酮复律组相同,转复时间短于胺碘酮,所以电复律有效、快速。
Objective To compare effects by electrical conversion and amiodarone conversion in the treatment of recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation.Methods A total of42patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation received preoperative conventional antiarrhythmic drugs withdrawal and intraoperative circumferential pulmonary vein isolation.They were randomly divided during first postoperative recurrence into electrical conversion group(received electrical conversion for treatment)and amiodarone conversion group(received amiodarone conversion for treatment),with21cases in each group.Comparison was made on success rate,conversion time,hospital stay time and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference of success rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The amiodarone conversion group had conversion time as(4.09±0.23)h and hospital stay timeas(4.65±0.85)d.The electrical conversion group had conversion time as(3.02±0.16)h and hospital stay timeas(3.18±0.57)d.The electrical conversion group had all shorter conversion time and hospital stay time than the amiodarone conversion group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The difference of adverse reactions had no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Electrical conversion shows the same success rate as amiodarone conversion,while it has shorter conversion time than amiodarone conversion.Therefore electrical conversion is effective and quick.
