西帕依固龈液对青少年固定矫治患者牙龈炎的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of Xipayi mouth rinse for gingivitis of adolescent patients with fixed appliance

目的研究西帕依固龈液治疗青少年固定矫治患者牙龈炎的临床效果。方法 76例接受固定矫治的牙颌畸形诊断为牙龈炎的青少年患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各38例。治疗组采用西帕依固龈液含漱,对照组采用生理盐水漱口,连续使用4周后观察两组患者治疗前后的龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)的变化情况。结果治疗前,治疗组SBI为(3.08±0.91)、PLI为(3.47±0.77),对照组分别为(2.94±0.83)、(3.36±0.87);治疗后,治疗组SBI为(2.02±0.84),PLI为(2.22±0.68),对照组分别为(2.81±0.86)、(3.28±0.81);治疗前两组SBI和PLI指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组SBI和PLI指标与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后各指标低于治疗前,且低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液对固定矫治引起的牙龈炎能有效改善临床症状,具有良好的辅助治疗作用,也可有效预防固定矫治患者牙龈炎的发生,作为正畸治疗安全有效的辅助局部药物,可有利于改善患者口腔牙龈状况,值得在临床工作中推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Xipayi mouth rinse for gingivitis of adolescent patients with fixed appliance.Methods A total of76adolescent patients diagnosed with gingivitis and receiving fixed appliance were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with38cases in each group.The treatment group received Xipayi mouth rinse for mouthwash,and the control group received normal saline for mouth wash.Observation were made on gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)before and aftertreatment in two groups after4weeks of treatment.Results Before treatment,the treatment group had SBI as(3.08±0.91),PLI as(3.47±0.77),which were respectively as(2.94±0.83)and(3.36±0.87)in the control group.After treatment,the treatment group had SBI as(2.02±0.84)and PLI as(2.22±0.68),which were respectively as(2.81±0.86)and(3.28±0.81)in the control group.Both groups had no statistically significant difference in SBIand PLI before treatment(P>0.05),and after treatment,the control group had no statistically significant differencein SBI and PLI comparing with before treatment(P>0.05).The treatment group had lower indexes after treatment thanbefore treatment and the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Xipayimouth rinse can effectively improve clinical symptoms of gingivitis caused by fixed appliance,and it also has good auxiliary therapeutic effect,as well as effectively prevention occurrence of gingivitis for fixed appliance patients.As a safe and effective ancillary local drug of orthodontic treatment,it can help improve oral gum condition of patients,and it is worthy of popularizing in clinical use.
