倍他乐克联合依那普利治疗舒张性心力衰竭临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect by Betaloc combined with enalapril in the treatment of diastolic heart failure

目的分析酒石酸美托洛尔片(倍他乐克)和依那普利联合治疗舒张性心力衰竭(心衰)的临床效果。方法 60例舒张性心衰患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组使用倍他乐克治疗,观察组使用倍他乐克和依那普利联合治疗,对两组临床疗效进行对比。结果观察组患者显效20例,有效7例,无效3例,治疗总有效率为90.0%;对照组患者显效15例,有效5例,无效10例,治疗总有效率为66.7%,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依那普利和倍他乐克联合治疗舒张性心衰患者具有非常好的临床效果,患者左心舒张功能改善明显,可以推广使用。

Objective To analyze clinical effect by metoprolol tartrate tablets(Betaloc)combined with enalapril in the treatment of diastolic heart failure.Methods A total of60patients with diastolic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with30cases in each group.The control group received Betaloc for treatment,and the observation group received Betaloc and enalapril for combined treatment.Clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had20excellent cases,7effective cases and3ineffective cases,with total effective rate in treatment as90.0%.The control group had15excellent cases,5effective cases and10ineffective cases,with total effective rate in treatment as66.7%.Theobservation group had obviously higher total effective rate in treatment than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Betaloc and enalapril shows remarkable clinical effect in treating diastolic heart failure patients,along with obvious improvement in left ventricular diastolic function.This method is worth promoting and applying.
