Discussion of Influence Factors of A Silver Metallic Aerosol Paint Sag

本文研究了一种银色金属气雾漆流挂的影响因素,包括气雾漆的料气比、漆膜厚度、料液黏度以及溶剂的挥发速度等。使用不同的料气比、不同的料液黏度以及不同的溶剂挥发速度分别制备银色气雾漆,再使用相同标准喷涂手法进行喷涂,比较不同条件下制成的气雾漆其漆膜是否会发生流挂;同时喷涂不同厚度的漆膜,观察不同厚度漆膜的流挂情况。

The influence factors of a kind of silver metal aerosol paint sag was studied,including aerosol paint material gas ratio,film thickness,the material liquid viscosity and solvent volatilization rate.Using different feed gas ratio,different material liquid viscosity,and different solvent evaporation rate,respectively,the silver aerosol paint was prepared.The same standard spraying technique was use to compare the happen of paint film sags under the different preparation condition of aerosol paint.Different thickness of paint film was sprayed to observe the sags.
