Promoting Transformation and Upgrading of Chinese Marine Industry on the Reform of the Supply Side:Base on the Grey Correlation Analysis of Marine Industry Development

运用灰色关联度分析我国海洋产业结构,认为我国海洋产业在结构、人才、科技、效益等方面存在问题,并从供给侧改革的思路提出海洋产业转型升级对策:优化海洋产业结构、增加高端人才供给、促进海洋高新技术进步和兼顾"供给侧"与"需求侧"。

The grey correlation analysis of the marine industrial structure in our country is adopted in this article.It is concluded that the marine industry in such aspects as structure,,talent,technology,efficiency existing problems and on the supply side reform ideas proposed marine industrial transformation and upgrading of five countermeasures:to optimize the marine industrial structure,increase the supply of high-end talent,promote the development of marine high technology and strike a balance between the“supply side”and the“demand side”.
