5554例注射用细辛脑的合理用药评价

Evaluation on rational use of 5554 cases of asarone for injection

目的:了解我院注射用细辛脑的使用情况及该药所致不良反应/不良事件(ADR/ADE)发生的规律、特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对我院2016年1–8月期间使用注射用细辛脑的患者信息进行统计,共计5554例,对适应证、给药剂量、给药频次、给药途径、溶媒等情况进行分析。同时对此期间上报至国家药品不良反应监测中心的ADR/ADE报告进行分析,注射用细辛脑所致ADR/ADE报告共计26例,对患者用药情况、ADR发生时间、主要临床表现等进行统计分析。结果:我院使用注射用细辛脑的患者中,不合理用药类型主要涉及无适应证用药2918例次(52.54%)、给药剂量不合理1059例次(19.07%)、给药频次不适宜1765例次(31.78%)、给药途径不适宜319例次(5.74%)等。注射用细辛脑所致26例ADR/ADE中,无适应证用药25例次(96.15%),未按说明书选取溶媒及溶媒量的23例次(88.46%),未按说明书推荐剂量及频次用药6例次(23.08%)。结论:应严格按药品说明书规定使用注射用细辛脑,药品的不合理使用是导致ADR/ADE发生的主要原因。

Objective:To review the use of asarone for injection in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University from anuary to August in2016,and summarize the regularity and characteristics of ADR/ADE,in order to provide reference for clinical ational drug use.Methods:The retrospective study was carried out on5554cases of asarone for injection from January to August n2016.The indications,dosage,frequency of drug administration,route of administration,olvent,etc.At the same time,the ADR/ADE report reported to the National Center for ADR Monitoring during this period were analyzed.The incidence of ADR/ADE nduced by asarone for injection in26patients were analyzed statistically from the patients'medication,the occurrence time of ADR,the main clinical manifestations and other aspects.Results:There were2918cases(52.54%)without indications,the dose was ot appropriate for1059cases(19.07%),treatment administration frequency was not suitable for1765cases(31.78%),the route of dministration was not suitable for319cases(5.74%),etc.In26cases ADR/ADE of asarone for injection from January to Augustin2016,there were25cases(96.15%)with no indications of medication,23cases(88.46%)ithout following the instructions to elect the solvent and the solvent volume,6cases(23.08%)without in accordance with the instructions recommended dosage and requency.Conclusion:The use of asarone for injection should be in strict accordance with the provisions of the drug instructions,the unreasonable use of drugs is the main reason for the occurrence of ADR/ADE.
