河南省高中生对心肺复苏知识的认知调查 被引量:7

Investigation of the knowledge and understanding of cardiopulmonary resuscitation among senior high school students in Henan province

摘要 目的调查河南省某地区高中生对心肺复苏知识的认知现状,并探讨分析对高中生实施心肺复苏培训的措施和效果。方法随机抽取某地区高中生160名为调查对象,其中高一年级50名,高二年级50名,高三年级60名。自制调查问卷,对上述研究对象进行现场问卷调查以了解其对心肺复苏知识的认知程度,随后给予调查对象短期心肺复苏知识培训,培训结束后给予相关知识考核,并再次对研究对象进行培训效果和期望培训方式进行调查。结果高中生对如何判断心搏、呼吸停止、正确安置患者体位、开放气道的方法,以及心脏按压的部位、频率和力度等心肺复苏知识掌握水平较低,在经过培训后,调查对象上述各项目得分及总分均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响该地区高中生获取心肺复苏知识的因素主要为学校及社区无针对性的宣传和培训、网络媒体缺乏有效宣传及自身无获取相关知识的意愿。96.9%(155/160)的调查对象期望获得专业的心肺复苏知识培训,其中开设相关急救课程和由医疗专业人员进行模拟教学是调查对象最希望获得的培训方式。结论河南省某地区高中生对心肺复苏知识的认知程度较差,应结合高中生学习兴趣,大力开展心肺复苏知识的宣传,加强对高中生进行相关知识的培训,提高其急救能力。 Objective This study was designed to determine the knowledge and understanding of cardiopulmonaryresuscitation(CPR)among senior high school students in the Luoyang area of Henan province,and to analyse the effects ofCPR training.Methods160senior high school students in Luoyang were selected by means of a random sampling method.50participants were in grade one,50in grade two and60were in grade three.A survey questionnaire was used to evaluate theparticipants’knowledge and understanding of CPR.After this survey was completed,the survey participants received,CPR training,and were then re-evaluated.Results The score of the participants ability to determine cardiac and respiratory arrest,correctlyposition a patient in cardiac arrest,method of opening the airway,and their hand placement position,frequency and intensity ofcardiac compressions were consistently low in in the survey sample.After receiving CPR training,the total score of the surveyparticipants was significantly increased;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lack of promoting CPR awarenessand providing CPR training,in schools and communities,were the main contributors to the low knowledge and understanding ofCPR in the survey sample.Of the total survey sample,96.9%(155/160)expected to receive CPR training,and the provision of CPRtraining with practical simulations by medical professionals was the most sought after training method.Conclusions Senior highschool students in the Luoyang area of Henan have a poor knowledge and understanding of CPR,CPR awareness should be promotedand practical CPR training should be provided to promote their knowledge and understanding of CPR,and to improve their practicalability to perform CPR.
