Training content for developing a modular disaster medical assistance team based on medical emergency response team

以军队医院卫勤应急分队为基础,构建模块化、特色化、专业化、快速化的地震医疗救援队伍的训练内容。根据地震各期伤病特点筛选研究应急医疗队适宜技术,制订军队医院地震救援个人及团队训练方案及相应要求,以及不同规模、响应级别的应急分队医疗救援行动计划和模块化编组方案。

This paper aimed to develop training content for a modular,rapidly deployable,specialised disaster medical assistance teambased on a medical emergency response team of a military hospital.Based on the guidance of injury characteristics in every periods of earthquake,appropriate technologies for medical emergency response team would need to be screened and researched,an individual and team training planand corresponding requirements for military hospitals participating in earthquake medical assistance,and different medical assistance action plansand modular marshalling approaches for emergency response team of different scale and response levels should be formulated.
