摘要
义齿清洁不当会使佩戴义齿的患者受到更高的口腔感染风险,特别是真菌感染。传统清洁义齿方法可分为机械性清洁方法和化学性清洁方法。这些方法可以联合应用可以得到较好的义齿消毒效果,而这些方法操作不当时,不仅不能控制真菌增长,还使其他微生物更容易附着在义齿上。在长期义齿护理过程中,义齿消毒应快速、容易操作,使用微波进行义齿消毒是不错的选择之一。本文就使用微波消毒义齿的优缺点、有效性及其对义齿性能影响等研究进展作一综述。
The lack of proper denture cleaning can put patients who wearing dentures at higher risk from opportunistic oral infections,particularly fungal.The methods for cleaning dentures can be divided into mechanical and chemical.Although the aforementioned methods seem to be effective,however,underused longterm and inappropriately caremight not sufficient to control the growth of fungi and other microorganisms that easily adhere to the inner structure ofacrylic resin.Denture cleaning should be quickly and easily to perform,especially in longterm care facilities.The use of a microwave oven has been suggested for cleaning and disinfecting dentures.There was no standardization for microwave use for denture cleaning.This review paper aims to synthesize and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using a conventional microwave oven to clean and disinfect complete dentures and its potential risk for causing structural damage.
