摘要
目前的课程团队建设存在着"拉郎配""标签化""离散型""短暂性"等问题。学科教学论课程团队建设关键要创建良好的机制,打造"团队力":创建"联合"的队伍机制,提高团队的战斗力;创建"契合"的心理机制,增强团队的凝聚力;创建"聚合"的管理机制,强化团队的执行力;创建"融合"的服务机制,拓展团队的辐射力;创建"黏合"的文化机制,提升团队的发展力。
At present,there exist some problems in the process of course team construction such as the“Make-do Act”problem,the“Tagging”problem,the“Discrete Type”problem and the“Short Duration”problem.The key of the construction of the subject teaching methodology course team is to create a good mechanism and forge the“team strength”.That is to say,we should create an“united”team mechanism and enhance the“combat power”of the team,create an“aligned”psychological mechanism and strengthen the“cohesive force”of the team,create a“polymerized”management mechanism and strengthen the“executive force”of the team,create a“converged”service mechanism and expand the“radiometric force”of the team,create a“cohesive”cultural mechanism and promote the“developing force”of the team.
