老城区排水管网现状及改造措施——以黄冈市黄州城区为例

Drainage Pipe System Situation and Improvement Measures in Old Urban Areas——Taking Huangzhou in Huanggang City as an Example

老城区的排水管网系统不完善、排水设计不合理、管道及附属构筑物施工不到位,最直接的后果就是居民生活排水不顺畅,暴雨天气城区积水严重。老城区的排水管网系统存在很大的改善空间,各地的城建部门应该从排水体制选择、管网形式确定、管道施工与验收等角度,做好老城区的管网改造工作。

The drainage pipe system is not perfect in the old urban areas,the drainage design is unreasonable,the pipeline and ancillary structures construction is inadequate,whose most direct consequence is that the living water drainage of residents is not smooth,and the ponding area is serious when there is a heavy rain.There is much room to improve the drainage system around theold city.And the urban construction departments should make the improvement work of drainage system transformation in old urban areas form the following angles,such as choosing drainage system,determining system form,pipeline construction and acceptance and so on.
