摘要
通过分析现有自动扶梯控制系统的研究方向,结合目前武汉市内自动扶梯特点和运行情况,分析出自动扶梯因为盖板松动或梳齿卡住,立即停止时而可能引起的安全性事故,并提出合理化建议;对自动扶梯所存在的两种安全隐患进行控制系统的安全性方案研究,提出采用西门子S7-200PLC为控制核心,采用MCGS监控自动扶梯和变频器降速的解决方案,并对MCGS监控界面和立即停止进行设计,以提高自动扶梯运行安全性;最后对方案进行总结,提出今后研究的方向。
Through analysis on the direction of the existing escalator control system,combined with the current Wuhan City escalator characteristics and operation situation,the author made an analysis on the escalator security accident because of the loose cover or comb stuck when immediately stop,and put forward reasonable suggestions.Then the author studied the safety scheme on the two kinds of security risks that exist on the escalator control system,using SIEMENS S7-200PLC as the control core,applying the solution MCGS for monitoring the escalator and inverter speed reduction,and designing the monitoring interface of MCGS and immediately stop,in order to improve the operation safety of the escalator;at the end of the project are summarized,put forward the research direction for the future.
