“知行合一”与“行动学习”方法在培训与开发中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,习近平总书记多次号召认真学习知行合一思想、领会知行合一时代内涵并以实际行动做到知行合一。知行合一思想是明代著名的思想家、哲学家、教育家、军事家王阳明的核心思想之一,该理论与西方的培训与开发方法——行动学习法不谋而合。在行动学习的整个过程中,每一个从反思到行动、再从行动到反思的过程,就是一次知行合一的实践。知行合一对当代的培训开发工作有重要的启发和指导意义,在组织培训开发过程中,以"知行合一"思想为指导,将行动学习法应用于培训过程,将有效提高团队和组织整体的学习能力和创新效率,加速所知到所为的转化过程。 Recently,President Xi Jinping has repeatedly called on the importance of learning and thinking The Unity of Knowing andDoing.The idea is one of the core ideas of the famous thinker,philosopher,educator,military strategist Wang Yangming of Ming Dynasty.Inanother aspect,it agrees with Actin Learning,a western method of training and development,in a more profound way.In the whole process ofAction Learning,each circle of reflection and action is a practice of the theory.Their combination will effectively improve the organization’soverall learning ability and innovation efficiency,and accelerate the process of knowledge transforming into action.
