地勘单位改革进程中始终面临产业结构调整的重要任务。与此同时,地质环境治理工程产业因政府投资不足、经营主体不明而难以做大做强。基于SWOT分析得出结论,以地勘事业单位作为地质环境治理的经营主体,引进PPP模式,不仅能从根本上解决地勘事业单位改革中的发展问题,还能更大地发挥地勘工作对生态文明建设的促进作用。

The industrial structure adjustment is an important task in the reform of geological prospecting units.Meanwhile,the industry of geological environment management engineering is difficult to become bigger and stronger,due to lack of government investment and clear operators.Based on the SWOT analysis,it is concluded that taking geological prospecting units as the main operator of geological environment management and adopting PPP model,is not only a fundamental solution for the geological prospecting unit reform,but also beneficial for playing the role of geological exploration work in ecological civilization construction.
