摘要
基于国土资源节约集约参评县(市)创建活动第三方调查,运用问卷调查法和统计分析法,重点研究参评地区的公众参与性指标测评情况。研究发现:社会公众对国土资源节约集约利用的社会认知度和满意度总体较好,近5年来,社会认知度略有下降,公众满意度提升明显。提升社会认知度和公众满意度的建议:(1)创新宣传形式,提高公众知晓度;(2)畅通参与渠道,提高公众参与度;(3)转变发展理念,提高公众认可度。
Based on third-party survey,by using the method of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis method,this paper focuses on public participatory indexes evaluation of regions which participating the evaluation on intensive economical use of land resources.The study has found that the social awareness and satisfaction on intensive economical use of land resources is good generally.In the past5years,social awareness fell slightly,while public satisfaction improved significantly.On this basis,this paper proposes some measures for improving the social awareness and public satisfaction.These include:developing new forms of publicity,and raising public awareness;encouraging the public to attend through offering the free paths of participation;as well as transforming the idea of development and increasing public approval degree.
