摘要
传统取样钢瓶易吸附六氟化硫分解产物特征气,且取气过程易混入空气,使得样品不再具有代表性。设计了一种新型的六氟化硫气体取样器,通过气路设计和钢瓶特殊处理,解决了特征气在钢瓶和管路中被吸附的问题,同时将吹洗管路所释放的六氟化硫废气进行回收处理,降低了环境污染。通过实验模拟现场GIS设备取样过程,与普通取样钢瓶进行数据对比,表明新型取样器对判断设备运行状况、排查和分析设备故障提供了更为有力的依据。
Traditional steel cylinder sampler is inclined to adsorb the characteristic gas decomposed by sulfur hexafluoride,and air interfusion is easy to occur during its gas extraction process,making the sample no longer representative.An innovative sulfur hexafluoride gas sampler is designed.Through design on gas circuit and special processing on steel cylinder,absorption of characteristic gas in steel cylinder and gas circuit is avoided,and meanwhile,exhaust gas released from purge pipeline is recycled to reduce environmental pollution.The data obtained from simulated experiment of practical GIS sampling shows that,the innovative sampler can provide more powerful evidences on equipment operation status determination as well as equipment fault troubleshooting and analysis compared to conventional steel cylinder sampler.
