摘要
探讨微波消解仪参数示值误差校准方法,对其不确定度进行评定。首先,给出温度、压力、定时示值误差计算公式,从而反推误差校准公式;其次,以温度为例,根据仪器测量范围、分辨率、最大误差限等参数,实现标准不确定度、合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度的评定。以上校准、评定方法自成体系,较为全面地评价了微波消解仪的计量性能,可有效指导相关标准的制订。
Indication error calibration method for parameters of microwave digestion system is discussed,and their uncertainty is evaluated.First,indication error calculation is performed for temperature,pressure and timing error,to inverse their error calibration formulas.Second,by taking the temperature as an example,and per parameters including measurement range,resolution and maximum error limit,evaluations of uncertainty,combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are achieved.Above calibration and evaluation approaches are self-contained,which comprehensively evaluate the measurement performance of microwave digestion system,and can effectively guide the development of relevant standards.
