摘要
为某2×1 000 MW超超临界燃煤机组量身设计了一套翻车系统的干雾抑尘装置。基于装置系统构成和工作原理,在实践中分析应用效果,提出改进方向。实践表明:干雾抑尘装置操作简便、占地少、抑尘效果好,年节约用水大于35 000吨,年减少煤炭损失700吨以上。抑尘效率、煤尘堆积和电磁稳定性是后续改进方向。为相关电厂输煤区抑尘探索了技术发展道路。
A set of dry fog dust suppression device of dumper system is designed for an ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit of2×1000MW.Based on its systematical structure and working principle,its application effect is analyzed,and its improvement direction is put forward under practice.The practice shows that,such a device has advantages of simple operation,small occupation area and good dust suppression effect.Its annual water consumption is more than35000tons,and can bring annual coal loss of more than700tons.The efficiency of dust suppression,the accumulation of dust and the stability of electromagnetics are the future improvement directions.Development routes are pointed out for dust suppression in coal import/export areas of similar power plants.
