摘要
变送器是食品、药品等生产中,过程监控的重要装置,其卫生设计要求严格,但国内尚未出台相关标准。基于美国3-A卫生标准等指标,针对接触表面与非接触表面的卫生设计原则进行了分析和探讨。得到了具有实用性的技术要点,为制定相关国家标准、促进我国变送器产业发展提供了启示。
Transmitter,as one of the most important parts in the process monitoring of food and drug production equipment,its hygienic design must be strict.Based on the international authoritative standards including U.S.3-A hygienic standard,the hygienic design principles of contact surface and non-contact surface are explored.The conclusions are meaningful,which can provide some inspirations for the formulation of national standards and development of transmitter industry in China.
