摘要
围绕线材表面划伤问题,开展线材轧制工艺技术改造。针对硬线车间轧制Φ15~16 mm线材时表面出现的大量划伤现象,对轧制过程进行排查,发现划伤产生于精轧机内部的出口插件。从张力和温度两大影响因素追溯问题来源,提出了基于两方面问题的改造方案。改造后,产品表面光洁,不再出现因划伤导致的不良品,实现了线材质量水平的稳定控制。
Transformation of wire rod rolling technology is performed focusing on the surface scratch issue.Focusing on the mass surface scratch phenomenon ofΦ15~16mm wire rod rolled by hard line workshop,the rolling process is investigated,discovering that the scratch is originated from export plug-in inside the rolling mill.Its origins are analyzed from perspectives including tension and temperature,and respective transformation schemes are proposed.After such a transformation,the surface of the product is bright and clean,and defective products caused by scratch no longer appear,indicating a successful realization of stability control of wire rod quality level.
