摘要
创新设计一款夹具,以期改进四通道阀体加工工艺。针对四通道阀体特点,设计夹具结构、拟定设计方案、规划使用方法,形成了一套集"铸、检、车"工序为一体的加工工艺。实践表明:改进后的工艺效率提升100%,精度由70%提升到90%,是一种推广价值较高的四通道阀体加工手段。
Innovative design of a fixture is presented to improve the process of four-channel valve.According to the characteristics of the four-channel valve,structure of fixture is designed,design planning is protocolled,and using method is schematized,forming a set of processing technology including"casting,checking,lathing"as one.The practice shows that,the improved processing efficiency is up to100%,and the accuracy is increased from70%to90%,which is a method with high promotion value for four-channel valves.
