摘要 土建工程过程中产生的裂缝制约着220 kV变电站的运行质量。分析了裂缝的成因,并着重探讨了裂缝预防与控制措施。研究表明,项目间缺乏协调性、回填土下沉、挡土墙工艺缺陷、主体结构渗漏,是土建裂缝的四大成因;在遵守土建规范的前提下实施钢丝网保护、混凝土砌块把控和顶砖时间延长,有助于预防土建裂缝;在裂缝的出现无法避免的情况下,施工人员应针对不同形式的裂缝采取各自的控制措施。在成因分析的基础上,采取有效手段对土建裂缝加以预防与控制,有助于规范施工过程,排除潜在风险,维护工程质量,最终满足220 kV变电站施工需求。 Cracks generated in the civil engineering restrict the operating quality of220kV substations.Origins of cracks are analyzed,and their prevention and control measures are discussed.The research shows that,lack of project coordination,subsidence of backfill,defection on retaining wall and leakage of main structure,are the four largest origins of cracks in civil engineering;under the premise of civil engineering principles,implementation on wire mesh protection,control on concrete block and time extension on top bricks,all contribute to the prevention of cracks;if crack generation cannot be avoided,engineering personnel should take corresponding control measures according to different crack forms.Origin analysis based prevention and control on cracks under effective measures are helpful to regulate the engineering process,eliminate potential risks,maintain the project quality,and ultimately meet the demand of220kV substation engineering.
