摘要
现代机械设计方法论已经是包括优化设计、可靠性设计、虚拟设计、智能设计、绿色设计等理念的综合系统。应用在矿山机械装备自动化、系统化设计时,从矿产开采实际特点出发,论述了现代机械设计方法在矿山机械设计中的应用。科学、合理、系统地运用方法,提高了矿山机械装备的效率。对设计人员积极探索与创新有参考作用。
Design of mining machineries directly influences the quality and efficiency of mineral exploitation.From the scope of mining work,5kinds of modern mechanical designs including optimization design,reliability design,virtual design,intelligent design and ecology design are discussed around their evolutions in mining mechanical design.These methods have no clear boundaries,while complement with each other.Designers should actively combine these methods to strive for continuous exploration and innovation,promoting the sustainable,steady and healthy development of mining mechanical industry.
