摘要
宽域氧传感器能够精确描述排气浓稀状态,相比传统氧传感器更具优势。基于宽域氧传感器工作原理,从硬件、软件两方面设计了宽域氧传感器控制器。对控制器进行试验标定,确立了输出电压与过量空气系数之间的关系,最终在氧传感器配气系统性能测试台上进行了应用。应用效果表明,该控制器动态性能良好,能够较好地跟踪过量空气系数的变化,进而准确推算排气空燃比,具有潜在的推广空间。
The universal oxygen sensor can accurately describe the concentration of the exhaust gas,which is more advantageous than the traditional oxygen sensors.Based on the working principle of universal oxygen sensor,a controller is designed for it from two aspects including hardware and software.The relationship between the output voltage and the excess air coefficient is established through benchmarks,and the application of the controller is carried out in the gas distribution system performance test table of the oxygen sensor.The application effects show that,the controller has good dynamic performance and can track the variation of excess air coefficient,and further accurately grasp the exhaust air fuel ratio,indicating a promotion potential.
