基于智能调压系统的变电站电压无功优化控制

摘要 针对原有变电站调控系统工作效率低下等问题,开发智能调压系统,实现电压无功优化控制。分析原有控制流程中的最耗时因素,充分发挥智能化优势,从数据处理、控制策略、安全防护三方面构建改进思路,形成了一套适用于大多数变电站的智能调压系统,并投入应用。应用效果评估表明:智能调压系统可降低劳动强度17.9%、节电约160万kWh/年、母线电压合格率达到99.94%(A类),印证了系统的经济性、可靠性、普适性。 Aiming to solve the drawback of low efficiency of existing substation control system,an intelligent voltage adjustment system is developed to realize the optimization control of voltage reactive power.Most time-consuming factors of original control process are analyzed to establish improvement ideas from data processing,control strategy and safety protection in conjunction with intelligence advances,forming a set of intelligent voltage adjustment system applicable to the majority of substations.Its application effect evaluation shows that,such an intelligent voltage adjustment system can reduce the labor intensity of17.9%and save electricity of about1.6million kWh per year.Moreover,the bus voltage qualification rate reaches99.94%,ranking Class A,indicating its economy,reliability and universality.
