摘要
无线遥控系统是工业生产中安全、可靠的控制方式,在一些吊装的小型行车中得到广泛应用。以5T双梁桥式行车为例,基于自动控制原理提出了行车遥控改造设想,着重介绍了遥控接收器、送电回路、钩子、大车、小车的电气控制设计改造技术。改造后,行车由原来单一的驾驶室凸轮控制器控制,变为凸轮控制器和遥控器相结合的控制方式,两种操作模式可相互转换并互锁,集成了各自优势,实现了改善操作环境、提高行车可靠性和灵活性的目标,更好地服务于工业生产。
Industrial wireless remote control system is a new type of control in industrial production,which is widely used in simple lifting operations by small cranes.5T double beam bridge crane is taken as an example to put forward an idea of remote control transformation based on its original control principles.Introduced in detail are the designs of electric control system including the remote control receiver,the power supply circuit,the hook,the cart and the trolley.After such a transformation,the type of control is transformed from single cam controller in the cab into integration on cam controller and remote controller.The two modes of operation are interchangeable and can be interlocked while integrating their respective advantages,and ultimately realize targets including human resources optimization,operating environment improvement and reliability/flexibility enhancement,which will better serve for the industrial production.
