电力需求侧管理中可中断负荷的应用与效益分析

Analysis on Application and Benefit of Interruptible Load in Power Demand Side Management

对电力需求侧管理中的可中断负荷管理进行了研究。基于两种管理模式的研究意义和内容,阐述了可中断负荷管理的应用,并分析了其成本效益。研究表明:可中断负荷管理可有效分析供电区域负荷、选择可中断负荷目标、设计可中断电价,通过用户和电力公司之间签订合同得以实现。在效益分析过程中,应努力寻求用户和电力公司之间的平衡点,达成两者的互利互惠。研究对准确实施用电调度、保障电网系统负荷需求弹性具有指导作用。

Research of interruptible load management in power demand side management is carried out.Based on the research significance and content of the two management modes,the application of interruptible load management is expounded,and its cost effectiveness is analyzed.The results show that,the interruptible load management can effectively analyze the load of power supply area,select the target of interruptible load,and design the price of interruptible electricity,and the realization of which is through a contract between the user and the electric power company.In the process of benefit analysis,one must try to find the balance point between the user and the electric power company to reach their mutual benefits.The research has a guiding role for the accurate implementation of power dispatching and the protection of elasticity of the load demand of power system.
