Research Advances of Electron Beam Welding Technology for Magnesium Alloys

摘要 回顾镁合金电子束焊技术发展历程,可有力推动该技术理论与实践的进步。结合文献例证法与理论归纳法,阐述了焊接组织及其力学性能;介绍了镁合金电子束焊工艺,尤其是镁合金特种材料电子束焊工艺;分析了当前技术的缺陷。论述表明:镁合金作为绿色环保材料,应用空间广泛、发展潜力可观;镁合金电子束焊技术亟待在热处理工艺、焊后处理、焊接温度场、强度改善等方面加以强化;大规模数值模拟、焊接参数数据库系统建设等课题,是当前的发展前沿。以上结论可为我国镁合金电子束焊技术水平的提高指明方向。 Review on the development process of electron beam welding technology for magnesium alloys can promote the progress of its theory and practice.Combining with literature exemplification method and theoretical induction method,welding microstructures and mechanical properties of magnesium alloys are elaborated;electron beam welding process for magnesium alloys,especially the welding process for its special material,are introduced;the deficiencies of current technologies are analyzed.Such a review shows that,as a eco-friendly material,magnesium alloy has a wide application space and considerable development potential;enhancement must be attached to on its heat treatment,post welding processing,welding temperature field and strength improvement;numerical simulation of large scale,as well as welding parameter database system construction project,are its development frontiers.Above conclusions have guiding significance to improve the electron beam welding technology for magnesium alloys in China.
