Application of information system optimization in bed management

目的应用信息系统对全院进行床位管理,探讨在医院中实行床位集中管理的效果。方法以瑞安市人民医院为研究对象,首先设置建造住院服务中心,然后构建信息系统优化床位管理,以急诊患者住院及时率作为主要监控指标,根据数据对比,采取改进措施来最大限度保证紧急患者及时入院接收治疗。结果全院紧急患者入院及时率达到目标值95%,内科系统从85%增长到91%。结论利用床位管理系统对床位进行集中管理可以有效解决急诊留观患者收治难和床位短缺浪费的问题,能够缩短急诊患者的滞留时间,提高床位的使用率,为医院创造更大的社会和经济价值。

Objective Apply information systems in beds management,and discuss the effect of the implementation of centralized management of beds in the hospital.Methods Using Ruian people’s hospital as the research object,we settled up the bed use centralized management centre.Then we designed and developed the information system to optimize the bed management.At last,we used Emergency Admission PromptnessRate as the main monitoring indicators.Based on the comparison of the history data,a lot of corrective measures have been taken to ensure emergencypatients get the hospitalization treatment in time.Results The hospital-wide emergency patient admission rate reached the target value95%.The rate increased from85%to91%in the medical department.Conclusion Use bed management system for centralized management can effectively solve the difficult problems of emergency patients admission and the bed shortage,In the mean time,the system could reduce the residence time of emergency patients,improve bed utilization,and create greater social and economic value to the hospital.
