超声乳化术治疗高度近视白内障的效果研究

The effect of phacoemulsification on cataract with high myopia

目的研究超声乳化术治疗高度近视白内障的效果。方法选取高度近视白内障患者73例,予以随机分组。34例施行常规白内障囊外摘除+人工晶体植入手术,入对照组。其余39例施行超声乳化+人工晶体植入术,入研究组。组间比较。结果两组中研究组的手术操作时间更短,视力改善更明显,并发症率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化术对高度近视白内障治疗效果佳,应予以重视。

Objective To study the effect of phacoemulsification on high myopia cataract.Methods From January2015to December2015,73patients with high myopia cataract were selected and randomly divided into two groups.34cases underwent conventional extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,and the control group.The remaining39patients underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantationinto the study group.Group comparison.Results In the two groups,the operation time of the study group was shorter,the visual acuity improved more obviously,the complication rate was lower(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsificationis a good method to treat cataract with high myopia.
