摘要
在对某型通信产品进行电磁兼容性测试试验时,发现在500MHz频点处辐射发射严重超标。通过分析该型产品的电路与频点的关系,提出整改时钟及其驱动电路的设计方法和工艺措施,使得500MHz频点的辐射数值明显下降,最终满足产品设计规范要求。
The product of a certain type of radiation emission test,found that the500MHz frequency radiationseriously exceed the standard.By analyzing the relationship between the circuit and the frequency point,thedesign method of the rectification clock and the driving circuit,the radiation of the500MHz frequency point isobviously decreased,and finally meets the requirements of the relevant standards.
