Analysis on the Development of i School Library and Information Science Education in America

Ischools引领了图书情报学教育教学的发展方向,文章通过对最早发起"信息学院运动"的美国8所i School学院进行网络调查,了解美国图书情报学教育的发展现状,为我国图情发展提供借鉴。文章从学生专业教育、课程结构、教学方式的变化三个方面,展开对美国图书情报学教育的发展分析。

Ishcools has led the development direction of library and information science education and teaching.The article aims to understand the current situation of the development of American library and information science education through website investigation on eight iSchool Schools in the United States,which initiated the"Information Institute Movement"earliest.It provides reference for the development of library and information science in our country.This paper analyzes the development of American library and information science education from three aspects of students'professional education,curriculum structure and teaching methods.
