摘要
传统油色谱装置的控制单元是以工控机为核心模块,建立传感器与工控机的串口通讯,工控机将传感器的私有规约转化成标准IEC 61850规约输出,这种模式串口通讯稳定性差,硬件成本高。基于此,研制一种新型油色谱装置,采用VLD可视化编程的嵌入式开发系统,结合高效的复合型单色谱柱,直接建立传感器与嵌入式系统模入通道,解决了传感器与工控机串口通讯不稳定的问题,装置直接输出标准IEC 61850规约,减少了中间规约转换过程。复合型高效色谱柱的技术突破,实现了H2、CO难分离物质的基线分离,降低了装置的研发成本,为新一代智能装置的开发提供了新思路。
The traditional oil chromatographic device control unit is based on the industrial computer,and serial port communication is built between sensor and industrial computer.Private statute of sensor output should be transformed into standard IEC61850protocol,which causes instability of serial port communication,and high hardware research and development cost.On the basis,a new oil chromatographic device was developed in this paper,which was based on a VLD visualization programming embedded development system,and combined with efficient composite single chromatographic column.And the new type of oil chromatographic device was directly establishes the analog channel between sensor and embedded system,which solves the instability of serial port communication.The device exports standard IEC61850protocol,which decreases intermediate code conversion process.With the technical breakthrough of the composite efficient chromatographic column,the baseline separation of difficult separation material is achieved,and it reduces cost of the equipment research and development.Furthermore,it provides a new idea for the development of a new generation smart device.
