摘要 在深厚的博物馆教育基础上,近年来英国校外场馆教育活动不断显示出强大的教育潜力,在当今世界青少年校外教育方面具有一定的典型性和代表性。本文在对英国校外场馆教育活动的背景、政府举措及发展状态进行描述的基础上,认为系统与开放的教育观、政府干预的增强和政党政治的影响是其发展过程中的主要特点。英国校外场馆教育活动的开展为我国青少年校外教育带来了理念和实践层面的思考,对社会教育的育人功能、特殊青少年的教育需求以及校外活动与学校教育的结合应给予更多关注。 Based on the deep museum education,in recent years,strong educational potentials have been continuously shown in the UK's outof-school venue education activities,which is typical and representative in current world youth out-of-school education.On the basis of describing thebackground,the government action and the development state of the out-of-school venue education activities in the UK,it is considered that the systemand the open educational view,the enhancement of the government intervention,and the political influence and the politics of the party are the mainfeatures in the development process.The development of out-of-school venue education activities in the UK has brought about the ideas and practicalaspects of the education of adolescents in our country,which has given us more attention to the educational function of social education,the educationalneeds for special adolescents and the combination of extracurricular activities and school education.
