边坡高层建筑施工中基坑排桩方案的优化及分析 被引量:2

摘要 边坡高层建筑施工中基坑排桩方案的优劣将直接影响建筑施工安全,是建筑质量的保证。通过介绍工程实例,依据以往的场地水位情况设计了一种h型双排桩+预应力锚杆的基坑排桩方案。对设计的基坑排桩支护结构的坡顶水平和竖向位移监测点以及既有高层建筑沉降监测点进行监测,给出采用所设计方案后,基坑坡顶水平位移随时间的变化情况、基坑坡顶竖向位移随时间的变化情况、基坑前排桩桩身不同位置的变化情况、基坑后排桩桩身不同位置的变化情况,发现上述监测值均低于《建筑基坑工程监测技术规范》中的预警值,说明所设计排桩方案能够有效控制边坡土体与既有建筑的变形,保证基坑的稳定性。对基坑稳定性安全系数和边坡高层建筑地墙内力进行计算,发现上述指标均在规范要求范围内,说明所设计方案满足建筑要求。 The advantages and disadvantages of the foundation pile arrangement in the construction of thehigh slope construction will directly affect the safety of the construction,which is the guarantee of theconstruction quality.Based on the engineering example,this paper designs a kind of pile arrangementscheme of H type double row piles and prestressed anchor bolts on the basis of the previous water level.The design of the foundation pile support structure of the horizontal and vertical displacement ofmonitoring points and monitoring of existing high-rise building subsidence monitoring points,gives thedesign scheme,the changes of the horizontal displacement of foundation changes with the time,thevertical displacement of foundation pit slope changes with the time,the front pile foundation in differentpositions the change of pile foundation pit,back in different positions,the monitoring values were lowerthan the"technical specification"monitoring of building foundation pit in the warning value,the designof pile scheme can effectively control the slope soil body and the deformation of the existing building,ensure the stability of foundation.Based on the calculation of the safety factor of foundation pit and theinternal force of the wall of the high rise building,it is found that the above indexes are within the scopeof the specification.
