摘要
拉矫过程是连铸工艺中的重要组成部分,可实现引锭杆上装和连铸坯的拉出和矫直。设计了一套基于PLC串口通信的连铸拉矫过程监控系统,克服连铸本地工控机无法联网的弊端,直接对拉矫机PLC数据采集,经智能工业控制器对数据处理并借助GPRS网络传输到远程端服务器,远程端利用WINCC软件达到远程监控拉矫过程的目的。
Straightening process is an important part of the casting process,enabling starter rod and billetloading and straightening pull.Designed a casting straightening process monitoring system based onserial communication PLC,IPC could not overcome local network casting defects,directly straighteningmachine PLC data acquisition,industrial controller via intelligent data processing and transmissionnetwork by means of GPRS to a remote terminal server,the remote end use WINCC softwarestraightening process to achieve remote monitoring purposes.
