摘要
极端事件和结构恶化导致的桥梁结构失效事故频发,造成的经济损失不可估量。针对桥梁结构选取结构的极限承载能力作为功能函数指标,提出基于经验调查的线性模型和基于力学比拟的拟合模型两种功能恢复函数,在此基础上建立灾害可恢复性指数来衡量桥梁结构灾害可恢复能力的大小;并给出桥梁灾害可恢复性的建议分级标准,为我国现阶段桥梁防灾抗灾设计提供新的思路和参考。
Extreme events and structural deterioration leads to failure accidents of bridge structures,thuscaused immeasurable economic losses.Selecting ultimate bearing capacity of the bridge structure as thestructure function indicators,two recovery functions were presented including a linear model based onempirical investigation and a fitted model based on mechanical analogy.Based on the above the disasterresilience index was established so as to measure the resilient capacity of bridge structure;Meanwhile,Bridge structure disaster resilience grading standards was recommended so as to provide new ideas andreference for bridge disaster prevention design.
