固废废物拆解项目环境影响评价关注要点分析——以城市矿产循环产业园项目为例

Analysis on Environmental Impact Assessment of Solid Waste Dismantling Project——Take Circulation of Mineral City Industrial Park Project as an Example

目前,固体废物拆解业规模迅速扩大,但由于没有有效的监督和管理,固体废物拆解存在较为严重的环境问题。本文以城市矿产循环产业园项目为例,采用类比分析法分析了固废废物拆解项目在运营期的环境影响关注要点,主要包括产业政策、规划分析和运营期的主要环境影响及防治措施,为环保部门对固体废物拆解项目的监督和管理提供依据,同时也为固体废物拆解项目环评报告的编制提供参考。

At present,the scale of solid waste dismantling industry is rapidly expanding.While serious problems still exist in the dismantling of solid waste due to the absence of effective supervision and management.In this paper,the key points of the environmental impacts of the solid waste dismantling project during the operation period were discussed through analogy analysis methods with the Mineral City Industrial Park Project as an example.The main contents include the industrial policy,planning analysis aswell as the environmental impacts and prevention measures during the operation period.This work aimed to provide a basis of the monitoring and management of solid waste dismantling for the environmental protection department,and also provide references forthe preparation of solid waste dismantling project EIA report.
