摘要
针对目前3mm波雷达要求,提出了相应频段的铁氧体开关方案。通过原理与方案分析、仿真优化设计和加工工艺的探索设计制作了一种具有插损低、开关转换时间快、功耗低和可靠性高等优点的3mm铁氧体高速开关。所研制的铁氧体开关在3mm频段内工作性能良好,性能为:输入电压驻波比VSWR≤1.16,正向损耗(插损)α+≤0.58d B,反向损耗(隔离度)α―≥22d B,开关响应时间t≤2μs,为后续毫米波的仿真研究、加工技术手段提供了一定的方向与参考。
According to the requirement of3-mm wave radar,the ferrite switch scheme of the correspondingband is proposed.Through analysis on the principle and scheme,simulation and optimization design,processingtechnology,the ferrite high-speed switch was obtained featureing low insertion loss,fast switching time,low powerconsumption,high reliability.The ferrite switch has such good working performance in3-mm band as VSMR of higherthan1.16,insertion lossα+≤0.58dB,isolationα―≥22dB22dB and response time t≤2μs,which is of conference forthe further simulation,design and process on the millimeter wave ferrite switch.
