摘要
为了在海上作业时,减小钻井平台受风浪的影响,提高钻井的工作效率,通过对钻柱的补偿位移研究,介绍了半主动波浪补偿系统的工作原理及液压原理图,并用AMESim仿真软件建立仿真模型。结果表明:采用半主动形式的补偿精度高,可以提高钻井平台的稳定性及工作效率,降低能源消耗。
In order to reduce the influence of the wind and waves on the drilling platform and improve the working efficiency of the drilling rig,this paper introduces the working principle and hydraulic schematic diagram of the semi-active wave compensation system.Besides,the simulation model of the system is set up via the AMESim.The results show that the compensation precision of the semi active form is high,which can improve the stability and efficiency of the drilling platform and reduce the energy consumption.
