摘要
以蜗杆传动机构为研究对象,采用参数化设计及特征建模技术对蜗杆传动机构的设计系统进行研究。文中给出了蜗杆传动机构设计、校核及建模造型的具体方法流程和步骤,以Solid Works为软件平台,采用Visual Basic为编程工具对其进行二次开发,通过调用API接口函数进行编程并实现蜗杆传动机构的参数化建模。相比传统的手工设计,蜗杆传动的参数化设计提高了设计过程的效率和准确性,极大的简化了原本复杂、繁琐的设计计算过程,缩短了企业产品的研发周期,同时也为蜗杆传动的模拟仿真、尺寸精度测量奠定了理论基础。
This paper studies worm and worm gear mechanism,and uses parametric design and feature-based modeling technology to study the parametric design system for worm and worm gear.We elaborate a method which uses SolidWorks software as platform,Visual Basic as tool to complete the secondary development,by calling its API functions to program.It can greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of worm and worm gear design.Thus it can meet practical requirements,extricate designers from heavy traditional method of worm and worm gear design,reduce its design cycle,and lay a theoretical foundation of simulation and measurement.
