摘要
为有效避免超薄铝型材高温切割时因牵引而产生变形的问题,通过对铝型材加工工艺过程及相关文献的研究,设计了一种超薄铝型材专用切割机,实现高温铝型材的快速定长与同步切割。依据铝型材切割机的工作过程,对其工作进给和切割进给机构进行了总体结构设计,传动齿轮和液压元件进行了设计计算。通过对样机的切割试验,验证设计成果。
In order to avoid the problem of the deformation caused by the traction of the thin aluminum section at high temperature,a special cutting machine for ultra-thin aluminum profile is designed by through the research on the process of aluminum profile and related documents,and it’s achieved the fast setting and synchronous cutting of high temperature aluminum profile.According to the working process of aluminum profile cutting machine,we carried out the overall structure of working feed and cutting feed for the cutting machine,and then transmission gear and hydraulic components were also designed and calculated.At last the results of the design were verified by through the cutting experiment of the prototype.
