摘要
为了进一步改善羰基铁的低频吸波性能,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了BaTiO_3表面改性羰基铁的复合吸波剂,并通过X射线衍射仪、SEM、EDS和矢量网络分析仪等手段对复合吸波剂的微观形貌、结构组成、电磁性能和吸波性能进行了分析和研究。结果表明,随包覆量的增加,BaTiO_3吸附在羰基铁表面并逐渐团聚,介电常数显著增大,磁导率略微下降,低频段阻抗匹配性能及电磁波衰减能力得到提升。搅拌时间为10 min的复合吸波剂在3~5 GHz范围内反射率均小于-10 d B。通过BaTiO_3对羰基铁表面改性能够调节介电常数并显著提升材料的低频吸波性能。
In order to further improve the wave absorbing properties of carbonyl iron in low frequency,in this study BaTiO3/carbonyl iron core-shell composite absorbing material was prepared by sol-gel method,and its phase,morphology and absorbing performance were analyzed and studied by XRD,SEM,EDS and vector network analyzer,respectively.The results show that with the increase of coating quantity BaTiO3gradually adsorbs and reunites on the surface of carbonyl iron the permittivity increases remarkably and permeability decreases slightly,and resultantly the impedance matching performance and electromagnetic wave attenuation ability are improved in low frequency.For stirring time of10min,reflectivity of less than-10dB was achieved at3to5GHz.By regulating the permittivity the wave absorbing performance of BaTiO3surface modified carbonyl iron is improved.
