摘要
针对电励磁爪极发电机输出功率较低、永磁式爪极发电机磁场不可调节的缺点,研究了一种特殊结构的混合励磁爪极发电机。阐述了该发电机的结构组成、工作过程及磁场调节原理,利用三维电磁场有限元软件JMAG分析了其空载磁场分布情况及磁场调节特点。结果表明,与相同结构参数的电励磁爪极发电机相比,混合励磁爪极发电机具有更高的气隙磁通密度和更宽的磁场调节范围等优点,为进一步深入探索爪极发电机提供了一定的理论基础和技术参考。
Aiming at the disadvantage that the output power of the electric excitation claw pole generator is low and the magnetic field of permanent magnet claw pole generator is not adjustable,a hybrid excitation claw pole generator with special structure is studied.The structure,working process and field regulation principle were described,and the no-load magnetic field distribution and magnetic field regulation characteristics were researched using three-dimensional finite element software JMAG.Result shows that,hybrid excitation claw pole generator has higher air gap magnetic flux density,wider magnetic field adjusting range and lower excitation loss compared with the electric excitation claw pole alternator with the same structural parameters,providing a theoretical basis and technical references for further exploration and study on claw pole generator.
