摘要
介绍了L波段高功率带线环行器(隔离器)的仿真与温度补偿设计方法,利用HFSS软件优化设计了一款高功率带线结型环行器,实现器件主要技术指标:工作频段L波段,正向损耗α_+≤0.4d B,平均承受功率≥500W,反射功率≥300W,峰值功率5000W。并对仿真与实测结果进行了比较,验证了设计方法的可靠性。
This article introduces the simulation design of L-band high power stripline junction circulator(isolator)and temperature compensation.Using HFSS for optimization,a circulator was developed and features work frequency ofL-band,α+≤0.4dB,mean power handling≥500W,reflection power≥300W and peak power≤5000W.Comparison ofsimulation to test results verifies the design method.
