摘要
国神华国华徐州发电有限公司2×1 000 MW超超临界机组循环水系统为单元制设计,采用冷却塔二次循环冷却水系统,开式循环水系统无开式水泵。在机组停机冷却及修后试转期间,必须保持一台大功率循环水泵运行,为开式循环水系统提供冷却水源,浪费极大。通过对该公司1 000 MW机组循环冷却水系统运行方式进行分析,提出节能改造方案并成功实施,节能效果非常明显,达到了节能降耗的目的。
The circulating water system of2×1000MW Ultra-supercritical unit of Guohua Xu?zhou power plant is designed as unit system,which adopts cooling tower of the two cycle cooling wa?ter system,and open water pump is not included in open circulating water system.In the periods ofshutdown cooling and test after repair,1high-power water pump must be maintained operation inorder to provide cooling water for open circulating water system,which wastes much energy.Basedon the analysis of circulating cooling water system operation mode of1000MW Ultra-supercriticalunit in Guohua Xuzhou power plant,the energysaving reform scheme is put forward and implement?ed successfully,the effect is very obvious,reaching the purpose of energysaving.
