国内外分布式电源接纳能力及提升方法综述 被引量:14

摘要 分布式电源作为大电网的补充,被看作是能源结构转型的重要措施之一。在这个大环境下,运营商和投资人急需一个判定配电网对分布式电源的最大接纳能力和如何增加这一接纳能力的方法。介绍了世界各国目前采用的分布式电源并网规范,并就规范对比分析了各国目前限制分布式电源最大接纳能力的约束条件。在此基础上,对比世界各国目前所采用的可行的增加配电网接纳能力的方法。 As the important supplement to large-scale power generation,the distribution genera?tion(DG)has been considered as one of the key measures to promote energy structure transforma?tion.Under the circumstances,distribution network operators and investors are experiencing astrong pressure to address the need to assess the DG hosting capacity of existing distribution net?works and to improve the capacity.The DG connection guidelines and technical brochures adoptedby several countries are introduced in this paper,and the constraints on the maximum hosting ca?pacity of distribution networks are analyzed.On this basis,a comparison of the current approachesadopted by these countries to improve the hosting capacity of the distribution network is proposed.
