本文利用3S技术、物联网技术、计算机技术建立社区矫正智能管控平台,为司法管理部门提供一整套规范化、系统化的社区矫正管理综合解决方案,从而有效实现对监外执行对象人性化实时监管,规范和简化社区矫正工作的主要流程,提升司法矫正工作的管理效率。

In this paper,we used3S technology,Internet of things technology,computer technology to establish community correction intelligent management platform,to provide a set of standardized,systematic and comprehensive solutions for community administration of justice,so as to effectively realize the real-time supervision on probation object of human nature,standardize and simplify the main process of community correction,enhance the work efficiency of the management of judicial correction.
